Section 153.021 - Non-transferability of License(A) Every long-term care facility's license must be displayed in a conspicuous place in the facility.(B) Each license shall be valid only in the possession of the person to whom it is issued and shall not be subject to sale, assignment or other transfer, voluntary or involuntary.(C) No license shall be valid for any building or premises other than those for which the license was originally issued.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1303, eff. 1/1/2016.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1372, eff. 8/24/2018.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1479, eff. 9/30/2022.
