Section 150.520 - Examination and Treatment Room(A) A treatment room shall be available in each facility providing Levels I, II or III care. This room may also be used by physicians as an examination room. Use for any other purpose shall be approved in writing by the Department.(B) The treatment room shall have a minimum area of 125-square feet with no dimension less than ten feet.(C) The treatment room shall include handwashing facilities with hot and cold running water and be sized and dimensioned to accommodate a treatment table, instrument table, and locked storage cabinet.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1361, eff. 3/23/2018.
