Section 141.211 - Data Collection(A) Each hospice shall establish and maintain records and data in such a manner as to make uniform a system of periodic reporting. The manner in which the requirements of 105 CMR 141.000 shall be met as may be prescribed from time to time in directives developed by the Department.(B) Each hospice shall maintain statistical data pertaining to its operation and services including demographic and service utilization data.
