Section 141.123 - Renewal of License(A) The Department shall send each licensee notification of the need to renew its license and the necessary application forms no later than 90 days prior to the expiration of an existing license.(B) The licensee shall complete and return the application form within 30 days of its receipt of notification from the Department, together with such other information and materials as the Department shall deem appropriate.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1358, eff. 2/9/2018.
