Each licensee shall notify the Department of any changes to the ownership and control information submitted under the requirements of 105 CMR 141.000 or otherwise required by the Department. Any document that amends, supplements, updates or otherwise alters any ownership and control document required to be filed with the Department shall be submitted to the Department within 30 days of the change.
