Section 130.103 - Incidents of Ownership(A) Each hospital shall be designated by a permanent and distinctive name, which shall appear on the application for a license and which shall not be changed without prior notification to the Department. The name of the hospital shall not tend in any way to mislead the public as to the type or extent of care provided by the facility.(B) The Department may request a hospital to submit in support of its application for an original license, or upon any change of ownership such additional information concerning ownership and control as the Department may require.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1272, eff. 10/24/2014.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1343, eff. 4/7/2017.
