Section 127.024 - Application for Renewal of a License(A) An applicant for license renewal must submit completed application forms and a check payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to the Department no later than 60 days prior to the expiration of the current license, whereupon the licensee's existing license shall not expire until the renewal application status has been finally determined by the Department. The fee for a license renewal is specified in 801 CMR 4.00: Rates.(B) A license to operate a mammography facility shall not be renewed if there are any outstanding civil penalties issued pursuant to M.G.L. c. 111, § 50 and 105 CMR 127.000.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1368, eff. 6/29/2018.
