Section 120.287 - Notifications and Reports to Individuals(A) Requirements for notification and reports to individuals of exposure to radiation or radioactive material are specified in 105 CMR 120.750.(B) When a licensee or registrant is required pursuant to 105 CMR 120.283 to report to the Agency any exposure of an individual to radiation or radioactive material, the licensee or registrant shall also notify the individual. Such notice shall be transmitted at a time not later than the transmittal to the Agency, and shall comply with the provisions of 105 CMR 120.754(A).
