Section 924.03 - Post Orders(1) The county correctional facility shall provide written orders for every custodial post. These post orders are to be available to staff, reviewed annually and updated if necessary.(2) Written policy and procedure shall require that all personnel read, sign and date the appropriate post orders at timeframes stipulated by the Sheriff/facility administrator, but at least annually and when revisions occur.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1264, eff. 7/4/2014.
