Section 505.05 - Responsible Staff for Implementing and Monitoring Regulation

The staff responsible for monitoring and implementing 103 CMR 505.00 are:

(a) Commissioner;

(b) Deputy Commissioners;

(c) Assistant Deputy Commissioners;

(d) Superintendents;

(e) Division Heads.
