Section 485.17 - Responsible Staff(1) The Deputy Commissioner of Clinical Services and Reentry is the reviewing authority for 103 CMR 485.17 and shall ensure that all volunteer programs are reviewed and evaluated annually.(2) The Director of Program Services shall be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of 103 CMR 485.00 throughout the Department.(3) Each Institutional Volunteer Services Coordinator, under the supervision of the Superintendent, shall be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of 103 CMR 485.00 at the institution.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1338, eff. 5/5/2017.
