Section 483.02 - Cancellation

103 CMR 483.00 cancels all previous Department policy statements, bulletins, directives, orders, notices, rules or regulations regarding visitation to the extent they are inconsistent with 103 CMR 483.00, except that they do not cancel 103 CMR 131.00: News Media Relations, 421.00: Department Segregation Units, 485.00: Volunteers and Volunteer Programs, 486.00: Attorney Access at Massachusetts Correctional Institutions, or 103 CMR 423.00: Special Management.
