Section 465.17 - Responsible Staff(1) The Assistant Deputy Commissioner designated by the Commissioner shall be responsible for the overall implementation and monitoring of 103 CMR 465.00 throughout the Department.(2) The superintendent of each institution shall be responsible for implementing and monitoring 103 CMR 465.00 at the institution.
