Section 465.07 - EligibilityTo be eligible for participation in education and training release programs, an inmate:
(1) shall be within 18 months of parole eligibility or sentence discharge date;(2) shall be otherwise eligible under M.G.L. c. 127, § 49;(3) shall have completed any mandatory sentence; and(4) shall be approved for placement in a level one or two institution/program by the Commissioner or a designee. Notwithstanding the provisions listed in 103 CMR 465.07(1) through (4), any inmate identified as a sex offender, in accordance with 103 DOC 446.00, shall be ineligible for education and training release programs.
