Section 430.23 - Time Limits

The procedural time limits set forth in 103 CMR 430.00, except for those set forth in 103 CMR 420.28 and 103 CMR 430.29, are directory and may be waived by the Superintendent, Commissioner or their designees for good cause and in writing.
