When an inmate is placed in Restrictive Housing pending investigation for a possible disciplinary offense and/or pending adjudication of a charged disciplinary offense, such placements shall be governed by 103 CMR 423.00: Restrictive Housing. If an inmate is subsequently found guilty of any offense arising from an incident which led to the inmate's placement in Restrictive Housing, the inmate shall receive credit for each day in Restrictive Housing against a resulting DDU or disciplinary detention sanction.
