Section 430.04 - Access to 103 CMR 430.00

The Department of Correction shall maintain an employee accessible copy of 103 CMR 430.00 within its Central Policy File. Each Superintendent shall maintain a copy of 103 CMR 430.00 within his or her Central Policy File, and at each inmate library.
