Section 430.02 - Cancellation

103 CMR 430.00 cancels all previous Department or Institution policy statements, rules or regulations, and all previous Commissioner's Bulletins and Orders, regarding the conduct of disciplinary proceedings, to the extent they are inconsistent with 103 CMR 430.00.
