Section 420.13 - Inmates Held in Other Jurisdictions(1) State inmates being held in out of state or federal facilities shall be reviewed in accordance with the classification procedures and guidelines of the jurisdictions in which they are being held.(2) State inmates held in county facilities in Massachusetts may be reviewed in accordance with the classification procedure and guidelines of the jurisdiction in which they are being held or shall be reviewed in accordance with 103 CMR 420.00 to the extent possible given available technology and resources.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1353, eff. 12/1/2017.
