Section 405.15 - Court Assessments(1)Court Assessments. All Personal and Savings Funds may be expended by the Superintendent to satisfy an amount ordered by a court including, but not limited to, restitution, judgments, fines, victim witness assessments, court costs, etc., notwithstanding the provisions of 103 CMR 405.15 and regardless of I/I or C/C consent. Such court-ordered restitution, fines, victim witness assessments, court costs, etc. shall be entered into the FAS. Payment of such court-ordered restitution, judgments, fines, victim witness assessments, courts costs, etc. shall also be entered in the FAS.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1342, eff. 6/30/2017.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1517, eff. 3/15/2024.
