A local ombudsman program, or the host agency within which it operates, will not deny services to or otherwise discriminate in the delivery of services to a resident on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, or because such a person is a recipient of federal, state, or local public assistance.
