Section 1740.59 - Application submission(a) Applications must be submitted through the Agency's online application system.(b) The Agency may publish additional application submission requirements in a notice in the FEDERAL REGISTER.(c) Unless otherwise identified in the notice, applicants can only submit one application under any funding window.
