Section 1486.506 - Disclosure of program information(a) Documents submitted to CCC by Recipients are subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552 , and 7 CFR part 1 , subpart A, including, specifically, 7 CFR 1.11 .(b) Any research conducted by a Recipient pursuant to an agreement and/or approval letter shall be subject to the provisions relating to intangible property in 2 CFR part 200 .
