Section 1421.400 - Applicability(a) This subpart specifies the terms and conditions under which an entity that is a DMA of peanut producers, or a subsidiary of such an entity, may qualify as a DMA, as defined in § 1421.3 . DMAs may process peanut MALs and LDPs on behalf of producers.(b) This subpart only applies with respect to peanut MALs and peanut LDPs.
