Section 1230.622 - General(a) A referendum to determine whether eligible pork producers and importers favor continuation of the Pork Checkoff Program will be conducted in accordance with this subpart.(b) The Pork Checkoff Program will be terminated only if a majority of producers and importers voting in the referendum favor such termination.(c) The referendum will be conducted at the county FSA offices for producers and at FSA headquarters office in Washington, DC, for importers.
