Section 769.104 - Requirements of the ultimate recipient(a) Ultimate recipients must be individual Tribal members, Tribes or eligible Tribal entities, with authority to incur the debt and carry out the purpose of the loan.(b) The intermediary lender will make this determination in accordance with the Intermediary Relending Agreement.
