All projects receiving a loan guarantee under this part are subject to the provisions of USDA's Departmental Regulations, as applicable.(b)Other Federal laws. Lenders and borrowers must comply with other applicable Federal laws including, but not limited to, Equal Employment Opportunities, Americans with Disabilities Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and the Fair Housing Act.
