Section 216.16 - Prohibitions under the General Authorization for Level B harassment for scientific research

It shall be unlawful for any person to:

(a) Provide false information in a letter of intent submitted pursuant to §216.45(b);

(b) Violate any term or condition imposed pursuant to §216.45(d).
