Section 630.802 - Coverage

This subpart applies to:

(a) An employee as defined in section 2105 f title 5, United States Code, who is employed by an executive agency as defined in section 105 f title 5, United States Code; and

(b) An individual who is employed by the government of the District of Columbia.
