Section 585.124 - Definitions(a) All terms defined in 49 U.S.C. 30102 are used in their statutory meaning.(b) Bus, gross vehicle weight rating or GVWR, low-speed vehicle, multipurpose passenger vehicle, passenger car, and truck are used as defined in §571.3 of this chapter.(c) Production year means the 12-month period between May 1 of one year and April 30 of the following year, inclusive.
