Section 1.36 - Delegations to the Assistant Secretary for Governmental Affairs
The Assistant Secretary for Governmental Affairs is delegated authority to:
(a) Establish procedures for responding to Congressional correspondence; and(b) Supervise the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Tribal Government Affairs.
