Section 945.670-3 - [Removed effective 12/13/2024] Waiver of screening requirements(a) The Director of the Personal Property Policy Division, within the Headquarters procurement organization may authorize exceptions from screening requirements.(b) A request to the Director of the Personal Property Policy Division, within the Headquarters procurement organization for the waiver of screening requirements must be submitted by the Procurement Directors with a justification setting forth the compelling circumstances warranting the exception.
