Section 356.49 - PenaltiesIf the owner or the representative or agent of the owner has knowingly falsified or concealed a material fact or knowingly made a false statement or representation with respect to the eligibility of the vessel under 46 U.S.C. 12102(c) , in applying for or applying to renew the vessel's fishery endorsement, the following penalties may apply:
