Section 57.06-5 - Production toughness testing(a) In addition to the test specimens required by § 57.06-4(a) , production toughness test plates shall be prepared for Classes I-L and II-L pressure vessels in accordance with subpart 54.05 of this subchapter.(b) For nonpressure vessel type cargo tanks and associated secondary barriers as defined in § 38.05-4 of subchapter D (Tank Vessels) of this chapter, production toughness test plates shall be prepared in accordance with subpart 54.05 of this subchapter.CGD 68-82, 33 FR 18872, Dec. 18, 1968, as amended by CGD 72-206R, 38 FR 17229, June 29, 1973; CGD 95-012, 60 FR 48050, Sept. 18, 1995
