Section 31.10-50 - Inspection of bilges-TB/ALL(a) When inspecting oil-burning vessels, either internal-combustion type or steam-driven type, the marine inspector shall examine the tank tops and bilges in the fireroom and engineroom to see that there is no accumulation of oil which might create a fire hazard.
