Section 8.310 - ApplicabilityThis subpart applies to:
(a) Recognized classification societies; and(b) All U.S. flag vessels that are certificated for international voyages and are classed by a recognized classification society that is authorized by the Coast Guard to issue the applicable international certificate as specified in this subpart.
