Section 508.6 - Resume of hearing, preparation of

Following each hearing, the hearing officer will prepare a resume of the hearing, specifying the issues on which the hearing was based, and including a list of documents and contents and other items relative to the issues that were introduced as evidence. A brief analysis of oral testimony will also be prepared and included in the resume of each hearing not stenographically reported.
