Section 304.10 - [Effective 10/1/2025] General administrative requirements

As a condition for Federal financial participation, the provisions of 2 CFR parts 200 and 300 (with the exception of 2 CFR 200.306 and 200.328), Financial reporting) establishing uniform administrative requirements and cost principles shall apply to all grants made to States under this part.
