Section 155.415 - Allowing issuer application assisters to assist with eligibility applications(a)Exchange option. An Exchange, to the extent permitted by State law, may permit issuer application assisters, as defined at §155.20, to assist individuals in the individual market with applying for a determination or redetermination of eligibility for coverage through the Exchange and insurance affordability programs, provided that such issuer application assisters meet the requirements set forth in § 156.1230 (a)(2) of this subchapter.
