Section 10010.49 - Record of decision(a) Any decision documents prepared for proposals involving an EIS may incorporate all appropriate provisions of 40 CFR 1505.2(b) and (c) .(b) If a decision document incorporating these provisions is made available to the public following a decision, it will serve the purpose of a record of decision.
