Section 3515.15 - May BLM initiate an exchange?Yes. When we do:
(a) We will notify you that we are prepared to consider exchange of a mineral lease if you relinquish your existing leasing rights.(b) We may exchange all or any part of the lands under your preference right lease application(s) or lease(s).
