Section 3173.19 - Effective date of a commingling and allocation approval(a) If the BLM approves a CAA, the effective date of the CAA is the first day of the month following first production through the FMPs for the CAA.(b) If the BLM approves a modification, the effective date is the first day of the month following approval of the modification.(c) A CAA does not modify any of the terms of the leases, units, or CAs covered by the CAA.
