Section 46.425 - Identification of the preferred alternative in an environmental impact statement(a) Unless another law prohibits the expression of a preference, the draft environmental impact statement should identify the bureau's preferred alternative or alternatives, if one or more exists.(b) Unless another law prohibits the expression of a preference, the final environmental impact statement must identify the bureau's preferred alternative.
