Section 30.226 - Is a record made of formal probate hearings?(a) The judge must make a verbatim recording of all formal probate hearings. The judge will order the transcription of recordings of hearings as the judge determines necessary.(b) If the judge orders the transcription of a hearing, the judge will make the transcript available to interested parties on request.
