Section 457.120 - Public involvement in program development
A State plan must include a description of the method the State uses to-
(a) Involve the public in both the design and initial implementation of the program;(b) Ensure ongoing public involvement once the State plan has been implemented; and(c) Ensure interaction with Indian Tribes and organizations in the State on the development and implementation of the procedures required at § 457.125 .
