Section 137.299 - Are Federal funds available to cover the cost of Self-Governance Tribes carrying out environmental responsibilities?Yes, funds are available:
(a) for project-specific environmental costs through the construction project agreement; and(b) for environmental review program costs through a funding agreement and/or a construction project agreement.
