Section 136.116 - [Effective 10/1/2025] Reports

In addition to the reporting and information requirements provided in 2 CFR 200.328 through 200.333 made applicable to grants under this subpart by § 136.114 , each recipient of Federal financial assistance shall make such reports and information available to the Indian people served or represented by such recipient as and in a manner determined by the Secretary to be adequate.
