Section 57.2207 - Amount of scholarship grant(a) The amount of the scholarship grant to any student for any academic year shall be the total of(1) the lesser of (ii) the amount determined by the Secretary to be the cost of tuition and fees; plus(2) an allowance for equipment, supplies, books and living expenses which shall be the lesser of (ii) the difference between $5,000 and the amount determined pursuant to paragraph (a)(1) of this section.(b) The maximum amount of a scholarship grant during a 12-month period to any student enrolled in a school which provides a course of study longer than the traditional 9-month academic year may be proportionately increased.
