Section 109-43.4701 - Performance reports(c) The annual report of personal property furnished (e.g., transfers, gifts, loans, leases, license agreements, and sales) to non-Federal recipients, including elementary and secondary schools, is furnished to GSA in accordance with 41 CFR 102-38 . Internal DOE personal property reports must be submitted to the Office of Management at the date determined by the Property Executive.
