Section 109-38.105 - Agency purchase and lease of motor vehicles(a) DOE activities shall submit a copy of all motor vehicle leases and purchases not procured through the GSA Automotive Commodity Center to GSA.(d) DOE activities desiring to renew a commercial lease shall submit the requirement in writing to the Office of Management for approval prior to submission by field offices to GSA.(e) DOE activities shall submit a copy of all lease agreements to GSA.
